This was our second time staying here this year. Both stays were great! Easy online booking and pretty cheap prices for a hotel in the springs. Iron mountain and the Glenwood hot springs are just a few minutes drive and I like that it is close to a shopping center just in case! Breakfast and wifi are a plus as well!
Excellent, friendly staff wonderful breakfast and there was no trailer parking on site but they gave me permission to go ahead since they weren't booked. Very pleased with the facility.
We had an amazing stay! The rooms were huge and pristinely clean. The location is perfect—just steps from the river and bike trails, which made exploring the area super easy. The staff was extra friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious choices. We would 100% stay here again!
We accidentally booked our room for the wrong night, and didn’t realize it until we showed up late that evening with our 6-month-old baby. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful—he went out of his way to find us another room and even upgraded us to a suite, which made a huge difference with the baby. The next morning, the manager was just as understanding and was able to issue a refund for the night we accidentally booked. We really appreciated how accommodating and compassionate the staff were during a stressful moment. Great customer service goes a long way, and we’ll definitely remember this experience in a positive way!
It was a fine hotel, staff friendly and the room was clean. We were only stopping for the night on our road trip and the hotel is located pretty much directly off I-70 so very convenient. I would certainly recommend them for the price
Great rooms. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating, even got me an extra pillow when I asked. Breakfast was very good. This hotel is a bit far from the action but still very good. The only downsides were that the water pressure could have been way better & shower head was funky. But it was adjustable so that helped. We also found blood on the sheet & 1 pillowcase that wasn't ours.
We were really impressed with our stay at Comfort Inn Suites. Our King size bed room was very clean and neat. Everything was in workable order and kept up. We had everything we needed in the room. We loved the little balcony. The breakfast was fine.
I like comfort inn chain of hotels for the price but this was the best compared to different cities in US. They have 2 bhk availables as rooms. So one room booked has two bedroom, a kitchen , bathroom with jacuzzi. Totallt worth it.
